You are probably aware of the fact that some of our downloads are possibly corrupted for some reason. Is there anything we can do to fix this or is it something on your end? PLEASE HELP!!!

For the TTK CE at least: Error Code Screen Pops Up Press A Button Once Press down a total of 8 times on the Pad Then Press A Button Again Then a screen may pop up asking to verify the payment method you used, go back & check your active downloads Then the screen identifying your downloads will appear Confirm Then the process of downloading will begin

There is a little way past this someone found. Juat press down and a like 7 times once the error message pops up and you will be able to download it

The EXACT same thing is happening to me. Does it come with the exotic class items and emotes too? It's not letting me download it at all!

I haven't pre ordered it however I just recently bought it and am unable to download the Taken King DLC gives me that error code for the first download which I assume is it. Then it proceeds to ask me to download expansion 2 over and over again as the first DLC tells me to kick a bucket cause something is wrong. I have to say it is quite frustrating to be unable to play it and this shouldhave been prepared for for obvious reasons but all I can ask is this is fixed soon.

Why would we want a refund anyways, we pre-order it so we could play it at our earliest convenience. Don't get me wrong I've loved everything bungee science they've started but it seems a little unfair that we should suffer because they and/or Xbox are unprepared for this. If I'm wrong that's fine it would just be nice to know, and it'd be nice to have my product ready when I paid for it

Hello, For those seeing this error code, have you attempted [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12288]re-installing Destiny[/url]? Please be sure to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear the cache[/url] of your console before initiating the install process. Did your Hard Drive come with your Xbox 360, or was this purchased separately and installed?

I just got on (and I purchased The Taken King Legendary Edition) but nothing's there! No subclasses no weapons pack and no SUROS pack!

Im having this issue currently myself. I talked to microsoft and they said it is possibly due to the congestion of all the downloads at once. Asked me to wait possibly 2 days to try to get the congestion down to download. In the meantime Im supposed to continue trying to download until then.
