Do Season Pass holders get Suros Arsenal on release of TTK?

I am a season pass holder, so I don't want to preorder TTK and waste money. Is it still possible to get Suros Arsenal on release instead of waiting until New Years to be able to unlock it in game?

Season pass doesn't apply to TTK king. It was only for TDB and HOW, TTK starts a new "season".
