PS4 - Did Recieve Pre-Order Items, Now I Can't Use Them
I read through the posts and saw that some people haven't received their pre-order items and that Bungie has said that they'll receive them on the 15th.[b] However, I received all of mine last night from the Postmaster and had them equipped[/b]. At some point today they were all removed, and it says that to use them I require the Collector's Edition of TTK ... which I have.
I'm currently looking at my friend's list, admiring the Suros emblem that most of them are using, that I'm no longer permitted to. I've restarted the game, did a reboot as well. Still unable to use the items that I a) paid for, b) received last night and c) was already using. Any information at all on this would be greatly appreciated.

4 RepliesI'm having the exact same issue. The game seems to think that I did not preorder the Taken King. I received my Suros emblem and shader and cannot equip them now. I can't even watch the Taken King cinematic from the solar system view anymore because it now directs me to purchase Taken King again. Might be a PSN issue, because when looking at the Taken King on the PS Store, it's got a blanks instead of numbers counting down.
