I have tried 3 different Red Bull Codes. I enter them in at Redbull and they are fine. When I go to confirm my console, it says my code is used on a different account. I just bought the cans at the gas station.

I am having the exact same problem. What you have to do is go to the contact us page, fill it out, and attach a photo of your can tab to the email. Get ready for a long wait. I submitted two cans over a week ago. No response. Not even a "We've received your email" confirmation.
