In short, yes. It brings the newer players up to speed with the long time players, giving the game a much larger (equal leveled) player base. That's why they give a "spark" for brand new players to use to get at least one of their characters to 25. Be thankful as the day oners had it the worst, followed by the Christmas noobs (first gen). I am part of the later group and a lot of us were all 30/31's for what seemed like months.

It's funny how being a 30 and going to the tower people would take their gear off so they weren't bombarded by invites. I hope the new leveling system takes a little longer this time round

Yeah Chew you know what though, back then it was cool as hell seeing the high levels. I never spammed them. I was just in awe. When CE came out, it was mostly you day oners who displayed 32 first. It was really cool to me. You don't see that anymore, nor will you because the level doesn't show the struggle like it used to. Much respect to you.
