I'm starting a warlock and I'm trying to decide which one I would like to level up the most before TTK drops. I mostly play PvE but I also love to play the crucible. Which would be better?
Edit: I've been hearing a lot of good things about Voidwalker. At first I was thinking sunsinger, and now I'm thinking Voidwalker.
Edit 2: Thank you to everyone who gave me their opinion. There was an amazing amount of opinions. Because of the overwhelming amount, I've decided to start as a Voidwalker and once that is leveled up, I will go and level up the sunsinger. Thank you again to everyone who has helped.

If you are primarily a PVE kind of guy go with Sunsinger the Fireborn really helps on hard missions otherwise go voidwalker
-
Stormcaller
-
Sunsinger (self res) for Crucible Voidwalker (Nova Bomb) For Vanguard
-
Sun slinger can be An amazing class once you become experienced but your probably better off starting with voidwalker since it's the Easyer class to use

Nuff said...

Can't go wrong with either one you choose, Even though I personally like voidwalker a little more.
-
If you want to have fun, do voidwalker
-
striker
-
I love voidwalker but just started using sunsinger and I love it too so idk man idk
-
Sun singer for pve and pvp don't let other tell you otherwise
-
I've been using a Sunsinger since level 15 on September 9th. Sunsingers can easily dish out the most damage compared to all the other subclasses given you have the correct build to do so.
-
Really a toss up man. PvP a toss up. On one hand you've got s giant bomb and blink. Other hand you've got bomb ass fusion grenades, a jury to get two, god mode radiance and the hovering angel of light (way underrated) PvE voidwalker a a damage dealer and sun singers a safety net.

My main is a Warlock and I'd have to say roll a Voidwalker it's more fun and that satisfying feeling when Nova Bomb is unleashed, that being said Sunsinger is great to solo Nightfalls and grenade spamming WAS fun (has been nerfed with 2.0). The self res of Sunsinger is great in PVE not so much in Pvp whenever im fighting against a Sunsinger I always do a double Take an easy 'extra' kill as during res in Pvp they are vunerable and both kills count.

Edited by Its_poodles_btch: 9/11/2015 12:46:50 AMVoidwalker. Everyone says sunsinger because it's cheap and takes way less skill. I main a warlock and I'm not afraid to say it lol. A real warlock loves voidwalker more then sunsinger. Voidwalker is the strongest pve class.

I main a Warlock and I really like Voidwalker. It looks cooler, the Super feels more satisfying to me, and because Blink. However Fireborn really saves the day sometimes. Two grenades works out quite well in PVP. All this being said though, if you really grind and do bounties, you should have both subclasses done really quick.

If you haven't flame shielded you haven't lived
-
Stormcaller!!!!
-
Sunsinger so you can self rez in nightfalls, voidwalker to kill large amounts of low tier enemies
-
sunbro is life, sunbro is love. just grow as a sunbro.
-
Void. Without fireborn, and even with radiant skin, Radiance is kinda underpowered. Besides, void has blink. I recommend lvling void to max, then go back and do solar
-
Voidwalker is more fun, but sunsinger is more useful in nightfall and stuff.
-
I have played warlock since original game release and I love voidwalker. I play it in pvp and raids. Only occasionally do I play sunsinger if I was using it for a burn or if raid requested it.
-
Sunsinger is a bit more difficult to use but I think it's got better utility. In PvE rezzing can save the day. And spamming nades can do more dmg than a single nova bomb, or at least you can spread the dmg around better. In PvP flame shield and firebolt nades with touch of flame can wreck. And radiant skin makes you nice and tanky. I love my void walker, but I think that sunsinger is the better option if you only have one.

Sunsinger has been and still is the most op class in both PVE and PVP
-
Void walker for crucible, sunsinger for pve. Void walker is more fun in pve but sunsinger is more useful for end game content
