What is the turnaround for red bull support? I am just going to buy new cans I guess...

I submitted 3 to the contact us link where you provide the picture of the tab and after about a week I received an email with three new codes to redeem directly on bungie.net. I am sure they have a high volume of claims due to how many codes were stolen and are being sold online.

"Let's spend a little less on a code from a shady guy I met on the Internet and don't know he if stole these codes or not. Much smarter than walking to the store and spending $2 something on a can."

Yeah ive tried this too, ive bought 3 cans of that rancid cow piss they call a drink and all 3 codes has already been redeemed. I sent in pics to the redbull support last weekx havent gotten shit back from them, bungie doesnt give a -blam!- either.

One out of every three RedBull codes I entered were claimed already here. Sent info to RedBull and nothing in reply.
