If your download is providing no feedback about how quickly you are downloading the update - go to the settings section on XB1 - Network section - At the bottom of 'troubleshooting' there is an option called 'bandwith usage' In there it will tell you your real-time download rate along with the history of the last 12 hours so you can get any idea of how far along you actually are.
