is anybody else having thoughts on leaving destiny if the taken king doesn't deliver? im someone who has pre ordered TTK and played destiny a month after it was released. I'm looking forward to seeing what the dreadnaught has to offer but at the same time I see court of oryx being anther prison of elders and all year 1 gear being a waist of time. the grind to get your armour to max light and doing weekly nightfalls etc for everything to be not up to standard for the new dlc. also content from dlc's being removed and past raids what's happening with them? anyway I just want to see other people's opinions!

The court of oryx is 1 part of the dreadnaught ya know. We dont know wat all of it is really yet.

If you are disappointed with the last 2 dlc...why buy a 3rd? Several new games coming out.

I bought the season pass since all my friends bought it. The lack of story and content was a disappointment. I will not be buying TTK at launch and neither will my friends. Maybe down the road when it gets to $20 or cheaper. Who knows if we will even care with Halo coming out soon. Definitely not worth $40.

TTK will be F U C Kin DLC because of incompetent Bungie, I know. Go bankrupt, Bungie.
-
Iam going to wait and see HOW TTK performs will wait until it drops in price then buy it. Got the original for £10 and the two dlc for £15. Can wait their are better games more deserving of my money and time.

Edited by XBAMNX: 9/7/2015 3:48:41 PMI left after i heard about gear not being upgradeable. And it seems every day new info comes out that makes me doubt that Bungie are even living on the same planet we are. They must be living on planet DOLLA DOLLA BILLZ YALL. Ive been a solid fan of theirs since Halo 1. Bought every dlc every game, but i will not anymore. Why you might ask? Because this company is only Bungie in name, all people who actually had any talent have left, and have been replaced by people Like LUKE SMITH. Enough said, eh? Theyve taken the tried and true shooting mechanics that made HALO the beast it was, and have applied it to a game thats driven by feeding off of peoples addictive personalities. If you even kind of like to gamble, and play video games, and shoot aliens in the face, you could be hooked. And thats the extent of it. They have been succesful in creating a monster that feeds off your bank account, time and addictions. But everywhere else they have failed. Once you step back and look at Destiny as it is now, youll see that it is just a giant shell game.

Most people who ave left will be back when TTK is released. They may not admit it yet, but they will.

Edited by N7-BADA: 9/7/2015 12:24:11 PMI stopped playing when i heard that Y1 gear is not gonna be in Y2, I will wait a bit and see if they will change their minds (bungie). (I will not buy the dlc buy the way) And if not ill just delete destiny from my HDD.

Most ppl already left. The few ppl that still play feel the same way you do, leaving if they get disappointed for the third time. Surprised how many chances some of you have given them.
-
I am with you on this one. Feel exactly the same.

I stopped playing a good while ago. I am currently hanging around to see how TTK performs and if it is worth it's UK price tag. So far nothing of what I have seen impresses me and the base game and the first two DLCs left a bad taste
