If you remove that then the average match will be 1-3 minutes. One person quits you're down a guy. I'm not playing 5v6 I leave.
Now it's 4v6, they stay for a minute and realize they're getting destroyed. Now it's 2v6 and 1v6. The only person that's left is someone who doesn't care about 60 deaths as long as they get another 3 kills.
Repeat this 1000 times and people stop playing crucible altogether

Well that's why I think it should only be removed for game modes with 3 or less players. The other team is going to win either way so why put Lone Wolf player's through that hell of getting an instant loss just because the two previous player couldn't get a single heavy synth the entire match. I really hate getting thrown into a game and boom rocket repeatedly being fired on me. Not fun, not balanced. All it does is makes me look like a horrible PvP player. I know I'm not the best, probably below average. But I deserve a fair chance as does the next player. I paid the same amount for the game and my friends and clan mates can not always play as much as I do.

Yeah, that's how the first Iron Banner was when we didn't get Iron Medallions for losing. If you were losing a match, there was zero reason to stay, and people would bail out all the time. It was pretty awful.
