Customer Service In Regards to the Nepal Shader

I was told by two separate Bungie help operatives to email the Nepal shader help address because I had yet to receive my shader. Their Response: [quote]"Many users have reported a delay. Please check your email Inbox, Spam and additional folders again. The email's title will include the email registered at the time of purchase and "your Nepal Relief rewards are available!" Please ensure that you are checking the email address that was registered to the Bungie Store at the time of the Nepal Aid T-Shirt purchase. This email may differ from the your Bungie.net login email. This will not impact your ability to redeem the code. If you're still unable to locate the email in question, please reply with a screenshot of the email confirming your initial Nepal Aid T-Shirt purchase, and list any previously used email addresses. Please note, the Nepal Aid T-Shirt purchase confirmation email image is required in your response for further assistance."[/quote] Pretty standard and what I expected. I email them a screenshot of my confirmation email, as requested, as well as listing my email address (I only have one). Two days later I get a response. This will not impact your ability to redeem the code."[/quote] Bungie, could you please enlighten me as to why you needed my confirmation email to repeat what you said last time? Also, why do you refuse to help me (and many others) despite the fact that I have done everything you asked. I may as well have been talking to a parrot... Except a parrot is interesting and takes less than 2 days to respond. A parrot would also respond to further interaction, something you are apparently incapable of. I don't mind waiting for the shader but don't string me along like this... It just adds to the frustration. [b]I just want a straight up explanation or something to be done about this, rather than a copy/paste corporate response that doesn't fix anything. Is that really too much to ask?[/b] [spoiler]And if anyone tells me to check my folders again I think I'll go mad[/spoiler]
