False, here's why. This will be a great exotic for PvE warlocks. I always play the warlock, and that means - during night falls especially- that i never use my super, unless the team wipes. So I can go a very long time on raids, NFs and weeklys with a full super. I think it's awesome that those orbs aren't useless anymore and can recharge my grenades and melees. The glimmer pick up is cool too.
I mean is it as useful as the ram in PvE? Debatable. But It's better than purifier robes in PvE, better than claws of akakaksksks or whatever

Usually if my fireborn is ready and I see orbs lying around I just activate it to generate more orbs and use the leftovers. Which makes more sense than hoarding it and using leftover orbs to regenerate your melee and grenades since radiance does that anyway. I would call that perk a hindrance rather than a help since it is taking away those leftover orbs. The main perk which gives you a chance to get glimmer when collecting primary ammo just sounds strange. It requires you to constantly fire off your primary and it only gives you a chance to collect glimmer. The amount of glimmer would also have to be pretty substantial seeing as it is taking up your exotic slot.
