Hi Mark052, Are you using wifi? If so, please try switching to a wired connection temporarily. This is an important first troubleshooting step to rule out wireless signal strength/stability as a possible cause.

  • I tried both the ethernet cable is with wirless . I also changed the modem but I can not play the same.

  • Thank you for trying a wired connection. Since you are hitting the caterpillar error repeatedly, you may want to make sure your network is not blocking your ability to connect. Depending on your home networking gear, you may need to set up some port forwarding or adjust your NAT type to have a better experience.   • I'm getting Baboon all day all week. What should I try...nothing cause I've tried everything. How about is sell this game? Would that work?
