Well Flood, my parents' new quest to reform our family's eating habits have taken another turn, for the better I'd say.
My parents are getting rather old. I'm 18, my brother is 23, and my parents are in their late 50s. Now we've been eating healthy as long as I've been alive, but today, at Costco, my mom told me about her new health food ideas. She is going to be making salads with almond and kale almost every night now, whether she cooks dinner or we do. Kale and almonds, apparently, are almost purely good for you. Now, naturally, I was somewhat reluctant to appreciate this, but then I thought: "this is exactly what Kobe Bryant does". He's at the later stages of his career, yet takes phenomenal care of his body, and he says it starts with eating right. It's fairly evident how successful he's been.
I actually don't know what I was trying to say with that paragraph, other than tell a rather baawwwring anecdote.
So do you guys eat healthy? Why or why not? Is it forced, a choice, both? Should we make more of an effort to force(or "strongly encourage") people to eat healthy?

Started eating healthy a couple of years ago, never turned back since.

My diet is clean as. No sodas, no fast food, no junk food. hardly any processed foods, no alcohol. High protein, moderate healthy fats, low complex carbs. The way it should be. You are what you eat. If you eat shit you're going to look like shit and feel like shit.

Well because of my IBS and Lactose Intolerance I don't eat greasy and dairy type of food. I also don't eat food that are high in sugar, I think I have a pretty healthy diet.

I have some fruit every day, grains and cereal every day, and milk most days. Little bits of junk food and not so great stuff in between. I'm going to describe it as better than average.
