The help I was given has sent me here. Bungie was giving the very same codes away at E3 so I really don't think it's a far stretch for them to hop in and take care of it. I'm not asking them for anything I didn't pay for, I'm asking them to reach out to Activision and green light a code. That's all. Nothing more, nothing less. Pretty simple when it all comes down to it.
What's pretty simple is that they have told you that you need to take this up with Gamestop. And yet you clog up the forums. They have no pull with the retailer and are under [b][i]zero[/i][/b] obligation to hand you one of their codes that they are giving out as gifts and prizes to event attendees and contest winners.
Also what's simple are the forum rules that state no soliciting. So no. They won't give you one. What you paid for is AW, the shader was a perk. So you did get what you paid for.
No disrespect but I certainly don't consider this soliciting. I have taken this up with GameStop who pointed to Microsoft who pointed to Activision. Last I checked, Activision has no customer support and that's why I came here to the forums, for Help.
It's not my intention to "clog" up the forums, I'm simply asking Bungie for Help. That is what this section of the forum is for. In no way am I demanding or soliciting anything.
It's my belief that Bungie can and will help. It's only a belief and it's mine to have. I still believe in the good of people, although it's something we see far too little of in this society. I'm only looking for a response from Bungie as I have already been down the GameStop and Microsoft avenues.
Maybe Bungie can't help. Maybe it's completely out of their hands. Maybe you are right but not for nothing, I'm not taking your word for it. I'll hear from Bungie when they respond which is the only person I wanted to respond to this thread in the first place.
