Baboon & Caterpillar

I've been getting baboon and caterpillar error codes and as a result disconnections every 5-20mins since about a week ago. At most I get to play 1 strike or 2-3 crucible matches before I get disconnected. Is this issue due to my connection or are the servers the problems? I am on the PS4. Thnx!!!

    Baboon and Caterpillar often result from packet-loss and other intermediate disruptions between your network and Bungie's servers. Test your console's multiplayer connection and make sure your NAT is Type 1. If this doesn't occur often, power-cycle your console and router/modem to give everything a refresh.
