redbull codes claimed?

Ok, so I work at my local Shell store and saw the new destiny Redbull cans. Naturally, I bought four. But, when I brought them home, all but one can was "already redeemed" and the one that wasn't kept giving me the error that said something along the lines of "we're having trouble connecting" or something like that. The cans were never opened until I bought them so I don't quite understand whats going on. Help please?

Also there is an issue going on right now were any Focused Light redeemed is not being delivered to the Postmaster and Bungie is currently investigating. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/135194738/0/0
