Our team was DDOS attacked while flying into a trials of Osiris game, our internet ceased to function in our homes and destiny servers were still operational. I messaged the players we were up against by obtaining their details through the video recording from Twitch.tv (because I was streaming at the time) and asked if they had been disconnected from their last match. He told me no and that's when I knew he was lying because himself and his fireteam had won the last 5 games in a row without even obtaining any kills. We then began to argue and he eventually admitted that his was friend that was hacking and not him. I screenshotted this message for evidence. His friend the hacker and I began to exchange messages and he also admitted to hacking and said he didn't care because he has alternate accounts. He invited me to a party to continue to gloat and he is still currently attacking my IP address. There has to be some kind of instant crucible justice that can be brought down and some dam way to use all this evidence I have, to ban this kid and his friends from destiny and Xbox one. If there's not I'm going to flip the hell out.

Bungie takes every report seriously and they will investigate further. When they find a sufficient amount of evidence they will punish the player accordingly. Same goes for the console you are on.
