This isn't a rant or anything, no flaming please.
In pvp, whenever a warlock uses Nova bomb people are going to die. So far I've tried to dodging it by jumping or hide behind stuff but these little things are like the truth launcher with aggressive tracking and early detonation. Is this super avoidable at all? I feel like as long as the user points in a direction anywhere remotely close to you you're going to die no matter what you do. (Unless you're in bubble)
Now compare this super to fist of havoc or golden gun & blade dancer it feels a bit unfair. Because as long as you kill the hunter or titan their supers die out with them, like you see a blade dancer coming your way you can shoot him down before he reaches you, or when you see titans jump you can shotgun him down but for warlocks as soon as I see then jumping up and going through the animation I start shooting and even if they die the Nova bomb is still on its way to kill you. You can't even blink away from it due to the large explosion radius. So what do you guys think about it and what advice do you have for dealing with Nova bombs coming your way?
tl;dr - Nova Bomb, how do you get away from it alive?
Edit 1: Thanks for the feedback guys. I will definitely try to slider towards/under the warlock. I will practice blinking away too.
Edit 2: okay so bubble does NOT protect you from Nova Bomb

1 ReplyHow do I deal with nova bomb. Well first I relish in the victory of having destroyed my opponents with no chance for them to respond. I do this a couple of times. That is until I see the test results have arrived from my doctor. I then proceed to shed a tear. When my girlfriend asks what's wrong, I sit her down and explain that exposure to purple space magic has given me cancer.
