  • Already done live chats, gave them the transaction IDs they still tell me the same thing,I have to pay the negative balance to regain access to my account.

  • Sounds like you are just going to have to pay them if you want your accout back then carry on trying to get a refund from there, problem is they tend to just not give refunds without good evidence even then you do get some who are to lazy to look into it for you and will basically tell you to go F*ck yourself The other problem is money disputing is against their ToS as well, Microsoft can be better but they find other ways to mess you around
