What's with the lack of good void weaponry?

(I know this is a long read but hear me out) Why do good weapons mostly deal Solar damage? Why are there like no Void exotics? It just seems like most exotics and good raid weapons overall deal Solar damage, then the least being void. (Keep in mind I am not talking about re-forged weapons here.) Here is a list of all elemental exotics and good raid weapons. [b]Solar:[/b] Exotics- Gjallarhorn, Super Good Advice, Invective, Lord of Wolves, Dragons Breath, Pocket Infinity, Vex Mythlocast, Ice Breaker, Good/Raid- VoC, Hezens Vengeance, HoC, Black Hammer (etc.) [b]Arc:[/b] Exotics- Plan C, Thunderlord, Dregs Promise, Queenbreakers bow, Necrochasm, Patience and Time. Good/Raid- Fatebringer, Fang of Ir Yut, Found Verdict, Light in the abyss (etc.) [b]Void:[/b] Exotics- Truth. (That's it, wtf) Good/Raid- Word of Crota, Pradyeth's revenge (etc.) In the exotics category, there are 8 Solar exotics, 6 Arc exotics and only 1 Void exotic. The the good raid weapons (based on my opinion and usage overall) have 6 Solar, 6 Arc and only 2 Void. See a pattern? Solar is kind of controlling the elemental percentage of exotics and better weaponry overall. My evidence to that is Gjallarhorn, Black Hammer and VoC, 3 of the most used weapons from a PvE stand point. Arc Coming in at second with Fatebringer and Found Verdict. Then in the Void category the only weapon really used normally is Pradyeth's Revenge. WoC is used for nightfalls really and Truth is most common in PvP and not many people use it. The point I'm trying to get to here is that there has to be more good Void weaponry and exotics. I'm hoping there will be more in TTK, but the chances of that seem slim so far. The only exotics we know about coming with TTK so far are Kinetic, Solar and Arc, all of them being the 347 Vesta Dynasty, Sleeper Simulant (Solar for a heavy, how original), No Time To Explain (arc primary), FoaF (Not confirmed), Sniper that blinds enemies on hits (Void hopefully?), Chain lightning auto rifle(another arc primary) and the Flaming Machine gun (More solar heavies -.-). What I'm trying to say is... We [b]NEED[/b] more good/Exotic Void weaponry in TTK. Void weapons seem to be lacking and aren't able to compete with the other elemental weapons overall.
