One more reason not to use Sony. You don't get this with Microsoft - at least I havny. I deal with both Sony and Microsoft as part of my work. My experience has lead me to avoid all Sony Products due to bad service and very poor support - I used to be a mega fan.

  • Nah bruh, Microsoft service is soooo much worse. My gosh, just to cancel xbox live is a pain. Don't get me wrong, there's a crap load wrong with sony, but Microsoft has its demons. They are very annoying to get anything fixed.

  • Not really. When I had to contact Xbox support they were courteous and helpful. Never had a better customer service experience in my life.

  • Oh nice. Personally my fav service is amazon. Freaking never got my money back so fast. Had a watch I've been wanting for soooo long, it came in broken. Called, she said she'll do the best she can. Emailed me next day with full refund.

  • Bruh I like showed them the watch. But I'm realizing now, and this is in regards to most of life. Respond kindly, and you'll get kindness. But I was nice on phone and email, I was supposed to send watch back and them they refund, but they were like "nahhh don't sweat it, we'll give you refund, we don't want you have to pay for shipping"

  • Yeah Xbox has one difficult process because you put a credit card on file to make automatic payments. Welcome to the real world, that's always difficult. I switched to Xbox as my primary console because how shitty Sony's service is overall. So this thread does apply to me thank you very much.

  • I was saying how your problems are inherent in what you're trying to do. Using any auto parent system is a difficult process to get it taken off. And when cards expire every few years, easily lost, stolen etc. why would you want to put yourself in and auto payment that renews once a year. Once a month I could understand, like for bills and what not. But like I said, removing a credit card is a painstaking process for most companies just because of the sensitive nature of it.

  • No it isnt. Ps4, amazon, netflix, Hulu are all instant. Amazon is literally like 3 clicks. Ps4 although not obious, is very simple as well and can be done within 30 seconds. Have you canceled anything before? Most have it very simple because annoyances cause people to buy less.

  • Lmao I use xbox too bruh. I specifically stated the cancelation in regards to renewals is better. Xbox is terrible in that regard. As for other services xbox I'd better but in terms of customer service, it isnt. Notice I didn't argue ps4 alone? I named what? 4 or 5 other apps?

  • Yes I've dealt with calling into a customer support to remove it, and when you have to call in it sucks because they don't have access to your credit card information directly. As it is sensitive information.
