Anyone else notice VOG difficulty raised?
I've been an avid player of VOG - was my favorite raid (aside from the miserable drop rates). Took a month or two off from the game for work. Joined up with my clan again just the other night. Ran with three of my most experienced VOG groups in separate instances, and we're having a hell of a time clearing confluxes. Anyone else notice a substantial increase in difficulty? We can handle Crota easily, and we even do Skolas without *too* much trouble - but confluxes seems to be nigh impossible right now - the rest of the raid is still cake. Anyone else feeling the same way?

2 RepliesWow. I've been running VoG HM almost week (once) for the last month or so, and I still can't get over how easy it has become for a bunch of 34s with fully ascended raid guns... I feel like my 365 Praedyth's revenge, VoC, Fatebringer, and Corrective Measure (and of course good ol Ghorn and Super Good Advice) literally MELT everything away, especially Oracles and Praetorians

It's not that the dificulta raised. It's that so many noobs are trying to get it done before TTK. [u]Most[/u] vets ha taken a break. Then there's me who still plays this game relogously

2 RepliesI don't think it's harder, I think people are more careless. Most of the time the thought is "I am level 34, so eat my..." [Guardian Down] "Oh, wow, Line Rifles are real." Running the 30 VoG as 29's helped instill in me a sense that I was never safe, not even at 34.

It's you. If you a have a team that knows how to shoot stuff and stay alive, that part becomes very easy, because, that's basically what you do there: shoot the same stuff for 10 minutes and stay alive. That's why it's boring.

2 RepliesI had one team all 34s trying to go flawless in VoG after not dying during confluxes and we pretty much got through everything easily without dying until Atheon where I reminded them that I killed someone in the beginning with a sparrow hahahaha

1 ReplySuper easy, but very fun. I've heard of many 6 man groups of 34s completely fail at the Oracles and Templar. They need to cheese it from up top in order to get past.

Weird....I guess all the groups I play with now just aren't as good on VOG as they used to be. We used to be able to 4 man hard mode with ease at lvl 32. But we've also noticed a good bit more network connectivity issues on Xbone...maybe that's contributing? *shrug* I would've just said we got worse, but it was three separate clans that had the same issues at confluxes. The rest of the raid was fine.

4 RepliesThey raised the difficulty by altering the petrorians and such to just rush and not stun as much without high firepower. They did so because the secret chest clue hinted in a video that one employee talked about for a brief moment.
