Just wanted to know what the community thinks. Personally I've been trying to get the Hopscotch Pilgrim, the damage it does is devastating. But with 75+ strikes done within the last three weeks...it proves to be pretty rare.
Edit: it's funny because I ask people about the hopscotch and they seem to have no idea on what it is. It's so hard to get, I'm struggling D:
Edit 2: I understand I missed some of the other heavy hitters, like the Red Death, Bad Juju, Three Little Words, Coiled Hiss? (i forgot the exact name), but still voice your opinion! I heard a lot of Bad Juju/Red Death.
Edit 3: This post is getting quite a huge amount of attention. Thanks guys, keep voicing your opinions!
Edit 4: So I'm now around 150 strikes and I have yet to drop a HP....What makes me even more mad is that my friend dropped two in under 100 strikes...RNG really hates me. BUT THANK YOU GUYS FOR SHOWING THIS POST SO MUCH LOVE!!

Red Death - the health regen is extremely useful.

I have the hopscotch's little bro evergreen II.I and its pretty nasty. Two shot with 100 stability. Just doesn't match the range on Hoppy and messenger

2 RepliesEdited by CannyJack: 8/16/2015 1:52:01 PMI've got zero chance of getting a messenger, and have yet to see Hopscotch drop for me. However, I discovered Dead Air 09f3, which is a rare weapon with the stats (more or less) of Hopscotch. If you get one with fitted stock, the stability is maxed. Devastating in regular Crucible. In the last Iron Banner, I used AllFATE a lot. Still want that there Horsepistol Pangolin thingamajig, but RNG has not smiled on me.

2 RepliesEdited by TrulyDontCare: 8/13/2015 1:29:30 AMA couple days ago I received Dead Air 09F3. It has the same impact and RoF as Hopscotch Pilgrim, but has maxed out stability and reload (when upgraded). Even though it's a blue, it's a -blam!-ing beast.

1 ReplyI have to hopscotch pilgrim and never tried it, is it better than red death? That's my go to pulse rifls

3 RepliesI use Pulse Rifles since the beginning (and IMO they never needed the buff....). Out of the three I would go with Hopscotch, reroll it for max stability, reload perk and hidden hand. Messenger is also very solid, more or less like three little words. Spare Change looks ok, but it's recoil pattern is so bad that you're forced into taking counterbalance. I also rolled hidden hand and stability on a 55A allfate and it's a great gun! Also don't forget the low-impact guns, they don't feel as powerful, but a nicely rolled Skorris or the timepiece from the VoG are great guns. For regular crucible you can also use the Stranger's Rifle, thing hits way harder than the impact bar suggests...

Praedyth's Timepiece. Saw a post for Spare Change so I thought I'd give it a quick try earlier today and it worked well (20 kills is pretty good for me) and that was without the Counterbalance perk. Will give it a proper run our later.

You forgot strangers rifle in there...
