*I easily dispatch them, using my Parkour pack of my own design, I leap onto the side of my ship and run on it while raining down explosive death on the legionaries*
*I jump off my ship, and finish the last one with a quick charged Plasma beam to its head as I front flipped off of its head, using my arm cannon as a vaulting pole and a weapon.*
*I land, and dig Kora out of the pile of corpses. Then, I try to see if she's awake, and quickly access her wounds*

she let's out a small smile "I'm sure they will"

He lets out a small laugh. "Thanks for the vote of confidence."

she smiles again, before sleeping

*Seeing that she's stabilized and is merely resting, I smile. Something that I rarely do considering all that's happened in my life.* *The machines finish on my arm, and I put all my armor back on. Then, I write a note on the table next to Kora, then go to the cockpit to join Pavel.* The note reads: "Kora, if you awake and you're alone, make your way to the cockpit. Me and Pavel are there. -JJ." *I sit down in the main seat, right next to Pavel as we're about 75% of the way to his fleet* She's stable, but unconscious. Concussion. You can visit her, but be careful not to interfere with the machines. If interrupted, she could be sent into a coma, or injured even more. If you have any questions, I'll be right here. One last thing before you go, however... Mind if I stay on your ship for a little while? I need a place to sleep, and I need to talk to her when she wakes up.

He stands, holding his helmet under his arm. "Thank You, for helping her. I won't forget this, stay with the fleet as long as you'd like."

Edited by jj1042: 8/3/2015 5:51:32 AMNo problem. We could be powerful allies. *I manage the ship as we approach the fleet, and dock. You have a few minutes to speak to Kora before you can take her to your own medbays.* My part in this subplot ends. Pavel and Jinx may continue on their own in this reply chain.

A lone gunship descends reaching the upper thresholds of the speed limits for in atmosphere flight. The ship hits the breaks hard as it lands nearby and a team of troopers dismounts. Their leader gets out and ascends the pile, followed by medics and armor technicians. The infantry take defensive positions.

Edited by jj1042: 8/3/2015 5:04:20 AM*Im already taking her out of the rubble and carrying her back to my ship by the time you arrive, freshly split Chaos Legionnaire blood on the ground* I'll give her to you on the main fleet. Right now, my medical systems can stabilize and awaken her faster than what you could do. Feel free to join me on the ship. I also need to speak to her on the way to your fleet.

The leader removes his helmet. "It might be better for her to wake up on our ships, she can be trigger happy."

Edited by jj1042: 8/3/2015 5:09:44 AMI can't die. I'll be fine. I want her stabilized as soon as she can. And like I said, you can come with me so she has a familiar face, if you know her. *I begin to board my ship*

He shakes his head and follows. His men board their ship and take off. He mutters to himself.
-
Thank you. *I set her in my medbay, and set a course for your fleet*
