legionaries drop dead, the ship blown up, a few remain out of the chaos, they charge each with their chain swords
English
-
*I easily dispatch them, using my Parkour pack of my own design, I leap onto the side of my ship and run on it while raining down explosive death on the legionaries* *I jump off my ship, and finish the last one with a quick charged Plasma beam to its head as I front flipped off of its head, using my arm cannon as a vaulting pole and a weapon.* *I land, and dig Kora out of the pile of corpses. Then, I try to see if she's awake, and quickly access her wounds*
-
the pile is large, easily over 10ft high, heavy plasma wounds are on each marine, it take a bit to move the bodies, but once gone, the tan and red color of her armor is seen A few scorch marks are being removed still as the suit repairs itself, scans show internal bleeding and broken bones She wouldn't go down without a fight
-
Good fighter. You'll be good for the final fight. For all our fates. *I pick her up, and carry her back to my ship. There, I carry her through the cargo bay, and set her down in the medbay. While the machines turn on, and begin to remove her armor for treatment, I walk to the cockpit, and sit a regular course by engine propulsion to Pavel's fleet, not FTL. As the machines come online, I walk into the medbay and take off my helmet and set it on a nearby table, remove the gauntlets on my arm that doesn't have the arm cannon to repair minor injuries I took on. I sit down on a bed next to Kora's, watching the machines to make sure they don't malfunction for some stupid reason.*
-
the machines whir, but encounter a problem Her armor doesn't budge
-
That's a problem... *I stand, and try to remove her armor myself. The machines back off, and I make progress some the suit's design is surprisingly similar to mine, at least at its base structure anyway.* *With the machines in the background, and me trying to disengage your armor, it sets up a misleadingly sinister looking-scene.*
-
her vitals spike, as she awakes suddenly as you remove part of the chest plate A low humming is heard, as her cannon is aimed at his head, she moves quickly, setting him into a head lock, unafraid to fire "Who the hell are you?!" any pain doesn't effect her, possibly adrenaline is racing through her

Stand down. JJ1042, remember? JJ for short? Guy with the other set of armor?
-
she remains quiet, before going to stand, but collapses, the pain of her wounds getting to her "Yeah... Right, I uh..." her vitals fade slightly, as she drops into unconsciousness slightly "I need, medcia-" she grunts slightly
-
I've got you. Disengage the armor. *I set her down on the table*
-
a dazed expression seems to creep over her, she might of had a concussion during the battle "Disengage, my armor?"
-
Yes. You're being healed, but I need it off to help you.
-
she closes her eyes, either thinking or losing consciousness, a moment later, her armor dissipates "Try not to kill me..." she loses consciousness
-
*I let out a sigh of relief* I won't. *I try my best to use healing magics on her, while the machines work to bring her back to consciousness, which they should do in about two minutes at most. All the while, my arm is still being worked on.*
-
the machines don't bring her back, but mend her wounds After what she went through, she needs rest, to help the concussion and to sleep
-
as she sleeps, she is visited by horrible nightmares... In many scenarios, she sees Pavel dying horribly right in front of her, always just out of her reach. Her worst fears come to life in her dreams.
-
she ignores them, knowing it is just a nightmare Yet she notices as well, Chaos lurks within it
-
her mind is filled with incessant whispers, whenever she tries to raise her psychic barriers, they only return stronger. Her skin feels cold, no matter how much the temperature is raised.
-
she remains calm, keeping track of everything
-
throughout her voyage back to Terra, she sees visions, shapes, figures in the shadows, but whenever she looks, they are gone. Every night the nightmares return, more intense. The whispers become deafening.
-
eventually it clicks in her head There's a bounty on her
-
not exactly a bounty, but sure.
all along the trip, this charade of insane games and tricks continue to assault her mind relentlessly. Sometimes she can make out the shape of a figure, wearing tattered robes and a very long hood over it's hidden face.
-
everytime she ignores the torture but watches what goes on, gathering everything she can
-
every moment of every day is filled with the deafening whispers and the troubling visions. By the end of the trip, she is washed out. She constant feels tired and sick.
so keep in mind that this is happening for the entire duration of your travel back to terra. In each post between JJ you and Pav. Make motions toward them, talk about them even, mention it. It'd help with immersion.
-
she manages to cope with them, watching and waiting for anything to happen
k
