Yeah I wouldn't mind them legalizing it, but should do what they did with alcohol and regulate it a bit so we all aren't high all day everyday and can't get jobs done.
No hashing while driving, in public, or at workplace. Everyone is then happy and productive.

Pretty sure it still counts as DUI even if it's legal. I know one girl in Texas who got her licence revoked cos of prescription meds.
-
Well yeah thats why there are rules on drugs. Some meds such as anti depressants require you to not operate heavy machinery, which includes any vehicle.
-
She was actually ok to operate heavy machinery. She got caught out and about without her meds, withdrawal side effects hit her on the way home and rather than doing a breathalyser they got her to walk the line and do the alphabet backwards. Even at the police station they didn't do a breathalyser and she got charged with, specifically, drink driving. But I get your point.

Your friend is a liar.
-
Based on what?
-
I doubt the police would do that and u doubt that the withdraw on her medication was that bad. Even if it was, it's still a DUI.
-
Granted I wasn't there but my best friend was. I trust him
-
Okay, if you say so.
-
I don't think I could say the alphabet backwards
-
Wtf thats bull. So unfair.
