All are fun.
Lord of Wolves is the most practical pve and also fun in pvp.
Queenbreaker's Bow is a lot of fun but in terms of practicality it is beat by any standard good sniper rifle.
Dreg's Promise is also fun, but its ammo efficiency is terrible, and the regular Vestian Dynasty is more practical on trash. (With the Vestian Dynasty you can measure out each single round, but the Dreg's Promise blows ammo in 3-round bursts which don't all necessarily hit, even when less is required to kill a mob.)
I have 3 LoW, one for each character, and 1 of each of the other two just for collection.

Thanks for the heads up on Dreg's ammo efficiency. A friend suggested Wolves for its recovery perk, but if I get Queenbreaker's then it could replace my duplicate Icebreaker and I'd have two arc snipers

Icebreaker is solar (though you might have meant Patience and Time?). Remember that Queenbreaker's Bow is a fusion rifle and so has a charge-up time at the start of every shot, which is definitely part of the fun but also makes it less practical. (I'd use P&T over QB every time for an arc burn Nightfall.)

Sorry if I was unclear... I've got two Icebreakers, but I'm not really fond of having duplicates and this way I can have all three exotic snipers but only one of each

I see. Cool, and congrats :)
