I got it a while ago and it's worn out(RIP). Using it, my headset will cut out extremely frequently and it just makes me not want to play.
My dilemma is that Microsoft revised the Xbox One controller to include a built in 3.5mm port like the Dualshock 4. So I don't know whether to just get the newer version of the controller or to get a new adapter. I like the adapter for the mute/volume/filter buttons it has.
I'm not sure that if I get the new controller that I'll still be able to control the volume using the audio adapter plugged in alongside it. If you're set up like that, let me know how it works for you.
I'm using [url=http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/61teXwaHU4L._SL1300_.jpg]this[/url] headset, if that helps. I'll also need to replace that at some point, it's not ideal but works well enough so I'm going to hold onto it for now.
