Yeah, because nobody played Vog when crota came out right?
Wrong!

Most people were doing it for the exotic chance/Vex. I still don't think completely killing off old content is the way to release a DLC. If they want to do that they should just release Destiny2.

Whilst you are right, people did still play VoG when Crota came out (I was one of them) the difference between 300 and 331 wasn't that big of a difference. When the new gear comes out it'll be 402 or greater. Even with ethereal's it'll only be 365. And with all the new weapons and stuff coming out I don't really see the point of playing VoG or Crota for loot. TTK for me will be all about the new gear. The Great Shardening II is nigh. I'll be interested to see what they do with exotics. Specifically Hawkmoon, Monte Carlo and 4th Horsemen. I don't think it'll be right to keep them at 365 for X-Box players. It's bad enough they nerfed it before being able to experience it's glorious ways!
The Great Shardening II is nigh.
Maybe, but my SUROS will never know of it.

Aye. But I fear for mines brothers. I fear they shall not last the night. I am afraid fellow Guardian. Simply afraid. I shall weep that night, truly.

I would hope that they adapt the loot tables to drop relevant gear

Edited by lI-3Dot-Il: 7/24/2015 9:34:11 AMNah. It'll be to easy to get good gear then. Maybe if they make a light level 36 version of VoG or Crota. Then it'll have a chance at dropping new gear. I think the whole idea was to move away from using fate bringer, vision, corrective measures (so underated, best kept Destiny PvP secret) I think they gotta point. It's time to experience new gear. Looking forward to it. Still wish they didn't nerf Gjallarhorn's and black hammers though. :/
