He nods.
"They will need everything they can get, the independence movement has been growing for some time."
Pavel leads him to the arranged meeting point. Waiting for them were a group of teenagers and old men. Their leader, girl of barely 19 speaks.
"When does the work end?"
Pavel responds.
"When the Dust chokes us in our sleep."
The girl nods and the rest relax.
"Are you all they sent?"
"Yes, and I expected factory workers and farmers not children."
"Take what you can get."

The two state each other down for a moment, and then they both smile. "It good to see you Natalya how is father." Pavel's sister hugs him and then steps back. "He is waiting for you at camp, as are the rest the recruits." Natalya walks over to a rug on the floor, and pulls it up revealing a trap door. She motions for him to follow and Pavel walks over to the door as his sister drops down. He waits for corvo to make his way over and drop inside the tunnel before he does the same. The tunnel is cramped and long, it takes a hour to reach the end. At the end Pavel stands and stretches to loosen his muscles. The camp is in an ice cave, it is quite large, the loyalists in Stravpol number in the hundreds and the camp shows it. Pavel is lead towards the center of camp, the pace is quick.

*Corvo follows, but keeping his distance. He remains stealthed, but finds it difficult to proceed in his bulky battle plate* "I'll remain out of sight. I'm not sure I want these people knowing a legionnaire is among them.. If they are captured and interrogated, my presence will capture the attention of the Summoner himself, and that wouldn't be good" says Corvo through the private VOX - his voice sounding tinny through your earpiece.

Pavel Ducks away and replies. "Understood." He returns to the command center and talks with the commander. "The situation is difficult sir, the separatists gained a lot of support in the last few months. The PDF has split right down the middle, but the population supports independence." Pavel scratches his chin. "Well we have to get started right away." The next few days Pavel began to establish a strict training program for the loyalists. Mainly he trained them to use small arms.
