The only unbreakable law in science is that every idea can be challenged. I don't think you understand the difference between the scientific method and people who misunderstand it.

And I don't think you understand the post. See I think I see the problem. The title makes you feel as if science is under attack so you immediately undermine my post. If you don't understand then please just read it again.

Maybe I'm wrong, but you see that the belief in science is becoming dogmatic. That people follow what they believe has been explained by scientists the same way they used to believe religious explanations. For some, sure. But most simply accept that things are explainable by scientific methods. Not that evolution or the big bang are fact, but work well within the models of the universe we have currently. Each new discovery changes that model and the theories drawn from it.
