Lift the Purchase Requirement for Blacksmith so I can use what I payed for

Back again, this thread is being made because Blacksmith is behind a paywall and I would like to be able to use it since it's sitting in my inventory with the "Purchase Required" text and want someone to actually help me and not give me the help article 12233. My preorder items should have been tied to my BNET account, not my PS3 console. I want to be able to use what I payed for. Also no, I'm not paying scalpers for a new code, especially when I have to pay more money for something I have in my inventory already. I want someone who can legitimately help me and not shrug me off like a piece of dust that fell onto their shoulder, because I'm honestly getting sick and tired of being treated like dirt, by both this company and it's community because I got screwed over.

 • The Blacksmith Shader was a console specific (it said so either on your receipt or the flyer that came along with your pre-order) incentive for purchasing Advanced Warfare from Activision. It was offered by a select number of retailers worldwide. That code was tied to a specific generation of consoles for which you redeemed it for along with a specific console. Once you move outside of that specific redemption console (i.e. upgrading to the current generation of systems), that redemption is now null and void. This code was NOT purchased by you but included as a bonus to your purchase/pre-order of another game. This was not tied to the $5.00 used to guarantee your pre-order as that went to the price of the game not to the code for the shader. Simply put, your console changed you no longer have this shader. No matter how many ways you cut it, that is the answer. There have been some recent codes offered by BUNGIE themselves (at E3) that are a different type of code and again offered by Bungie (not Activision / Gamestop / Best Buy). Those codes do allow in some cases them to be utilized on previous gen and current gen consoles. The moderators and help have answered your question. Just because you do not like that answer does not make that any less of an answer.
