I feel there was no reason to nerf IB, it was a good exotic as-is that was mostly only used situationally. It was perfect where it was.
Black Hammer....it's a legendary now, it used to have an exotic perk. I'm fine with the move because they gave it 18 rounds, which should still run shop on strike bosses.

Black Hammer wont be used by me any more. It was only a tank killer for me as it was. It would be better for them to remove white nail all together and replace it with field scout. 18 rounds is not impressive. Nor is a 3 round mag. The spear will now be the ultimate legendary high impact sniper.
