bungie, nerfes, insults, and reasons why the comunity is mad

this is just a small taste of what the community wants from you bungie so read carefully i think what you misunderstand about the community is that this forums as well as reddit is a poor representation of the complete community while many people know what this sight is many avoid it for three reasons 1) not very helpful: these forums are very unhelpful when it comes to info and communication but this has been a problem since halo 2) the forums themselves have nothing to offer a player who doesn't want to use them: this is unfortunate because many opinions and insight is missed, at the same time there are things that could offer more like clans and what not but those are so bare bones its insulting to even be apart of one 3) bungie does not directly ask questions of the community and nor does the community managers: the best example of this would be to stop looking at charts and talk to the community because i defiantly did not ask to have black hammer nerfed. how about once in a while ask what exotic needs a nerf or buff, what do you think is a problem in crucible ect. these things keep people from the forums but that is not the only thing confusing you...right? the second problem i see you having difficulty with is your base understanding of what people want, sure DeeJ has his list and checks it twice but the validity of anything on that list is next to none, while this list is a neat way of showing he is listening its very difficult seeing that list grow and not shrink causing a lot of people to feel as if the list means nothing. while that is going on you have the feedback forum which is a great way to spread ideas and fixes around but more often than not how does one know if a problem has been noticed? you have 30-40 some people all talking about the same problem at once causing the feedback forums to flood with the same issue instead of bringing more to the attention of the Devs. and even while that is going on you have the speculation, this one is big!! while not in your control you very often than not cause the community to speculate and about things in the wrong way, for example today you announced the gjallarhorn nerf to wolfpack round but you did not say by how much nor in what way. (are you reducing the amount of wolf pack? are you reducing the amount of damage per wolf pack round? are you doing both?!?!!?) these things may keep people confused as they may to you as well but this is not it....is it? the biggest thing is clarity like before people speculate we understand you have no control over this but heres the deal every time you release information it is very bare bones, there are pictures (very few at that) instead of videos showing how things work, a separate problem you have created is loot becoming something akin to a computer, we built this computer with time and energy and made the computer they way we want! and then all of the sudden the manufacture had a sudden recall causing all of products to become obsolete...... this issue is becoming more and more relevant with each update, best example of this would be when you allowed all weaponry to be rerolled but said no to older weapons(and added no way to retrieve older gear again) this creates a lose of interest towards weaponry and gear when you like the way a certain weapon or piece of armor looks only for it to be replaced..... the way you adress this is your own but make sure its a smart one..... side notes for simplistic reading if you have an older weapon with final round shot package, or range finder, guess we will be getting another shard soon, the issue that bungie has it that they seem to think that people using a weapon exclusively is a problem, which can be half right,.the problem with certain weapons is not their over use but their ability to kill and in what ways - in PVE if a weapon is killing faster that is GREAT!!! - if a weapon is killing faster in PVP that is NOT GREAT!!!!!! bungie if you could please understand that no amount of buffs and nerfs will perfect crucible, you need to separate PVP and PVE once and for all because at this point i feel insulted to even try new weapons for fear of their inevitable nerfing
