How was entropy scientifically proven? Like when and through what experiments? [spoiler]just curious since this is interesting [/spoiler]

Entropy is another fancy word for energy. The number of ways you can put the dispersed energy. For example, when a solid turns to a liquid the energy is dispersed therefore the entropy increases. 2nd law states that entropy of the universe is increasing spontaneously. Because it is you can say either expanding or rotating.
