FYI, just Achieved "Packing heat" 7-10-15 when I finished upgrading one of my exotics.
Maxed Truth and MIDA.

then you probably obtained the weapon before HoW was released or you are on xbox and switching profiles worked for you.... either way this doesn't help me or all the others that don't have a pre-HoW exotic

Gotcha, thought you meant not at all since HoW, didn't know it was focused on weapons received after HoW. So yes, both of these two were received pre HoW so they required 23 strange coins plus 2 Exotic Shards. :( Hope Bungie gets things smoothed out for everyone soon!
