I was bored and just Randomly thought about this fight. If Elites(Just Elites) and Predators went to war, who would win?
Please avoid the fanboyism but vote on fgts
Edit 1:Predators are beating that ass

5 RepliesFrom what I understand of both, it would be a close fight. Physically, they are very similar species. Tough, big, reptilian, and bound under some form of honor. But I imagine this wouldn't be just a hand to hand fight, though either species would willingly accept such a challenge. And so technology comes into play. Both species have very advanced, and again very similar technology. Cloaking, counter-cloaking, plasma weaponry, close-range weaponry, the list goes on. But the way I see it, the covenant have two major advantages. First: space warfare. In all my searching, I have not come across any real evidence of the Predator race having substantial practice in space borne combat, instead preferring to fight on the ground. Their ships do not seem to be ridiculously powerful. Meanwhile, the elites have been shown to be masterful tacticians in regards to space warfare, and their craft are incredibly advanced. Guided plasma weaponry, incredibly durable shielding, faster-than-light travel, and sheer size all help to tip space combat in the Elite's favor. And once a covenant force gains control of local space, we all know what happens next...glassing. But I mentioned two advantages. The second involves the culture of both species. The elites, especially their modern incarnation, are a superbly trained and drilled military force, the strongest in the Covenant before they were betrayed. They have fought wars against all manner of enemy for centuries, fighting their equals on civil wars and staving off the many threats to their Covenant. The predators are very different. They are dedicated to hunting, and incredibly good at what they do. But their society is not a military one. Their tribes are separated and isolated, in a way that even the post-schism elite keeps are not. In short, there is an incredibly well-trained militaristic society facing tribes of incredibly well-trained hunters. Predators are masters at their game, but such conflict would no longer be their game. It would not be a hunt, it would be a war.
