[BUNGIE] Focused Light consumable from the Red Bull Quest is now available [UPDATED 8/24/2015]

[b][UPDATE]: Please Note: We were aware of an issue where the Focused Light consumable failed to appear at the Postmaster for Red Bull Quest codes redeemed between 8/11/2015 - 8/18/2015. No codes redeemed during this this time were lost All Focused Light redeemed while this issue was being investigated were sent to the Postmaster on 8/18/2015.[/b] Hey everyone, The Focused Light consumable is now available to be sent to your Postmaster! If you have previously redeemed a Red Bull Quest code, you will need to manually activate your Focused Light from the [url=http://www.bungie.net/redeemedcodes]Redeemed Codes page[/url]. Please note: You should not have to manually activate your Focused Light consumables on bungie.net after 7/1/2015. Focused Light should be automatically added to your account, once you have successfully activated your new Red Bull Quest code. If the Focused Light does not appear at the Postmaster, please log out of Destiny and log back in. Additionally, no more than 100 codes can redeemed on a single Bungie.net account.     I have redeemed red bull codes (2 codes I have entered) focused light and it has not showed up in the game at all it said the redemption was secsesful. I even looked up my profile on your website it did not show up on my redeemed codes either so it is a complete no show. It is. 8/29/2015.

      When are you going to credit all of the codes that have been entered since 8/18/15? I have entered at least six that have not been credited, nor sent to the post master etc. I have contacted red bull but they either don't respond, send a robo-response with no follow up, or ignore it all together. (yes I sent pics of the tabs too). We know that Bungie & Activision have very close business ties with Red Bull... can't you guys mention this to them at the next collateral meeting and at least put some pressure on them to resolve the emails please?

    • I put in 5 Red Bull codes around July on the Red Bull sight. Finally I realized I had to redeem them on bungie.net to get the items so I went to do so and they were not there. I do not live in an area where I can just go get more, our small town does not get new things like that. I got them when I was on a trip, If I could I would just go buy more. if you can please grant me 5 more. Thank you.

        I don't care about the Xp. I want the quest for the 15th. I don't have some codes by then I may turn a bit salty. I'm actually 5 for 6. One worked on the wife's account so pretty sure it's not me.

        • Lamento que esta gente de Bungie le permita jugar a estos tramposos ya que el juego es bastante bueno, el crisol es divertido, por varias circunstancias bungie no hace nada, por mas que reportes a estos jugadoress siguen haciendo trampa, no se justifica el cobro de 40$ por una expancion y no resolver estos problemas y demas situaciones que incomodan, a muchos que jugamos sin trampa y tratamos de mejorar nuestras habilidades nos afecta que existan eston tramposos y que la gente de bungie consiente de esto segun un comunicado no haga nada para resolver, reportar no sirve de nada ya que los jugadores no son baneados ni retirados de las partidas igual pierdes y ellos ganan, bungir anuncio la prueba de osiris con gran auge y emocion diciendo que era solo para los mejores guardianes y que solo los dicnos iban a llegar al faro pero nos dimos cuanta que la mayoria de estos guardianes son tramposos. pero bungie no hace nada. segun ellos la unica herramienta es reportar pero nada seguimos igual. reporten y si pueden subir videos con pruebas subanlas hay que saber quienes son estos tramposos. estos videos no son mios pero en realidad fue bastante lamentable lo que les paso 8 victorias y de repente pun llegan los tramposos y te quiten la posibilidad de ir al faro por los tramposos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xzXwFmbmnU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5HTv61mayw

        • I entered a code last night and the code was accepted on the redbull page, but once I got to the bungie page it allowed my to make it to set one and two. However it wouldn't let me pick being on xbox for the last step. Now it seems the code is lost saying it's been entered already on the redbull page. I entered a code this morning and seemed to work fine. I have 4 more codes to enter once I drink the redbulls, but I hope you can maybe help get the one I lost last night back.         • I have had both issues. Once a code was redeemed already so I sent a picture of the tab in..still waiting for a reply. And I entered 2 codes on thursday 8/28 and it is now sunday 8/30 and neither of those codes have showed up. I e-mailed bungie about the issue and sent pictures of the tabs in

                      As others below have said. I've redeemed around 8 codes. 1 of them was already used but I can understand that since I've gotten all of mine off ebay. And uhh. Only the first one showed up. What's going on Bungie? I wasted my 15 dollars to get these codes? Nvm, everyone make sure to check your post master carefully. The Focused light STACKS so it might look like you have one in your special orders but they'll ahve a number saying 8 or 6 at the bottom right corner. However many you actually have.

                      I have scoured all the places I could think of in the Help Articles, Help Forums, etc to see if this question has been addressed, and have had no luck, so I am posting here. I redeemed a Red Bull code successfully on their site. I clicked over to Bungie to activate. At the Destiny CODE REDEMPTION Portal, Step 1 and 2 went off with no issue. Step 3 has my console family correctly pre-selected (as I only have one). I clicked confirm, and received the following pop-up message: "This code has already been redeemed on another account. Please verify the code you’ve entered is correct. For more information, see the Destiny Code Redemption FAQ. (2002)" I opened and drank the can of Red Bull myself, brought it from my kitchen to my computer, and entered the code. There is no possibility that it was redeemed elsewhere first, short of someone randomly guessing it. This pop-up occurred on the FIRST attempt, and has done so on multiple subsequent attempts. One of the steps in the Guided Support Page specifically calls out pressing "Confirm" on the console family selection, so I am justifiably concerned. In addition, no Focused Light has shown up at my postmaster. So, does this still fall under the "some Focused Light is still MIA," or is this a different issue? To be perfectly honest, I do not care all that much about the experience boost, I want to ensure access to the exclusive quest when The Taken King drops. I would appreciate any insight, thank you. EDIT: 26 August - Have sent message to Red Bull through the link in Bungie's post (which I could swear was not there when I made my comment...). Received a generic response from Red Bull thanking me for contacting them, but nothing else as of yet. Will try to update as I learn more. EDIT 2: 6 September - Received an email from Red Bull on 3 September (I only just checked email today), containing a one time use code to be input at bungie.net ("Redeem Code" under "Profile"). The code input went fine and confirmed correctly, and the Focused Light is sitting at my Postmaster now (per Red Bull's email, I had to sign out of Destiny completely, then sign back in). While it did not feel like the fastest turnaround all told - approximately a week from first contact with Red Bull (roughly 5 business days) - it was far from the worst. If you have cans you have yet to redeem, save them (or at least the tab) in case of trouble. Use the form linked to in Bungie's Help Post above, and provide a picture of the tab - otherwise I can only imagine the process would be longer. I hope this helps!

                      • so... I am still waiting to be credited a bunch of focused light... but I DID get some free etheric light... did everyone get these or was it my special reward for having been screwed over by Red Bull code thieves so many times?
