You don't need to enter the code on the Bungie website. Enter the code on the Redbull website, and a claim button should pop up. Click that and login to your PSN or Microsoft, then it should say you redeemed it. Now you just need to wait for the rewards (:

When I enter the code (on the redbull site) and hit the claim loot button I land on the bungie site which wants me to enter a code.
-
Hmm... I just entered a code, and it did exactly what I said. You should get some help from w mentor.
-
Sorry, that is probably gonna sound really dumb now, but: what is "w mentor" ( I really hope the thing I don't get isn't that obvious )
-
It's ok! A mentor is basically an Admin that helps people out on the forums. They usually know everything you need to know. You could probably just look up the solution on Google. I hope you find out what to do (:

Oh , just got confused by the "w" then .. yea, I'll try doing that

Hey it's a bit late but I know how to fix this issue. When you click on the "redeem on Bungie" button after redeeming the code on the redbull page, it opens the bungie.net redeem page. If you look at the URL of this bungie.net page when it's loading, your code will be in there. So what you have to do is this: Before clicking on the "redeem on bungie" button, deactivate your wifi. Click on the button. The page won't load and the URL will show you the code you have to redeem (the code is at the very end of the URL, and looks like this: XXX-XXX-XXX or something similar). Copy this code and then activate your wifi back. Refresh the page and redeem the code !
