Then explain to me why DLC in Australia is marked up by a pretty standard 25%
For example, a $20 DLC in the U.S. Is $25 here. Current DLC is that price and even Destiny DLC is that price.
So if TDB and HoW both cost $25 in Australia and TTK is twice the price of the previous DLCs, why is TTK $70 in Australia? The exchange rate hasn't plummeted, and other DLCs both past and present haven't seen a dramatic increase like this.
The simple fact is TTK markup is both an isolated and unprecedented increase. You can get a new game for $60-$70 here. And what's more troubling is that other regions like New Zealand and UK have similar unprecedented markups.
So, would you care to attribute all of these foreign regions having a similar, unusually high markup to being a coincidence?
There's a reason non US markets weren't complaining en masse about the previous DLC prices ... because they weren't over priced. TTK [i]is[/i] overpriced.
