He's probably going to say that average wages in america are lower than in the UK so we can afford to pay more. Despite the cost of living being much higher here, but who needs facts when you can talk down to everyone to make you feel better about yourself without providing an actual argument so you don't have to actually know anything. I'm well used to paying more than the exchange rate corrected price. There are a whole load of factors that means that this ends up happening, my problem is that in this case its literally 1:1 which is a lot higher than anything ive seen before and makes no sense when compared to the base price of the game, and all other games. I paid £40 for the whole game, it was what $70-80 in the US or something like that? How come people in the US pay half or just over half of the original price, and we end up paying nearly the same again for an "expansion".
