Fix auto-rifles!!

39

Does Bungie care? This is a question I have been asking myself since the auto-rifles were nerfed. Just to give you guys some back ground I have two warlocks and a titan, and I excell in PVP and PVE, but I mostly play crucible, and I have some very strong opinions on some of the issues I encounter in the PVP. The first issue is exotics, most people feel like a certain gun, cough cough thorn, needs a nerf, but I disagree it's an exotic and it should be that OP, but it's sad that there are only 3 guns that feel exotic and not all of them. I'm confused why bungie hasn't solved these weapon balancing issues, because it's been like this for MONTHS. The second issue I have encountered over and over it match connectivity and team balancing. Someone please tell me why I keep getting paired with teams of 6 foes and level 10 allies on my team. And why when I shoot at an enemy he's lagging so bad I can't even get a hit on him, but kills me in and insantnce. Why can't I get paired with randoms of the same level? Why doesn't it balance the teams based on KD and combat rating? Why isn't there a team based playlist for teams of six? These are more questions that popped up in my head while playing in the crucible. The last issue is that what's up with secondary and heavy. I feel that we need shotgun melee back because the felwinter sniper and all these shotguns feel like they need to be exotic if they are going to be this good. All sniper rifles, unless they are exotic, should have each bullet individually reloaded into the chamber. And same goes for rocket launchers because it's close to impossible to use a machine gun because you get shot down with a rocket launcher faster than Doc and Mcfly went back to the future. So this goes back to "Does Bungie care?" And my answer is kinda because there is so many people like me that have faith in the game and want to see things fixed for the better of the game and the gameplay, but it's been months before a statement or patch from Bungie for these issues, and cheese is still happening. So please Bungie just fix these issues as soon as you can cause I really love this game.

  • I couldn't ever forget that day. January 17th, 2011. Sophomore year. The night before I had taco bell for dinner. I had a cheesy ghordita crunch, a nacho supreme, and a crunch wrap supreme. For dessert I had chocolate ice cream drizzled in chocolate and caramel syrup. My stomach began to rumble in bed that night. the next morning I wake up, and have a bowl of left over chili for breakfast. Little did I know this was an ingredient that was part of a recipe for disaster. I get to school to find out my friend brought donuts and was too full to eat the rest, so I had to chocolate bars and a maple bar. I then dug into my backpack where I kept my monster energy drink for the day. Then second period hit. I began to feel the 8,000 grams of sugar rotate and expand itself inside of me. The amount of toxic gases that had built up in my rectum were so thick and great in number it could have caused a devastating earthquake that could have caused the end of the world. I knew an epic fart was on its way, so I squeezed my buttcheeks as hard as I could. The gasses were pounding on the black gate, but gondors men stood strong. One of my buttcheeks looked to the other, and said "if we stick together, we can stop this shit". Then it happened. Shit began propelling out of my asshole like an intergallactic missile, literally shredding through my underwear and jeans, flying into the mouth of the poor girl behind me. Poor Stacy. She was only 15 years old. She drowned in my shit, as did nearly the entire class. the only reason a few of us survived is because the teacher swam through the sea of shit and vomit of the students and opened the classroom door just in time. It was like a canal had broken and the shit rivers were running through the school. I did over $3,000 worth of property damage, and caused about 850 people to vomit. Of course this story isn't true, but I thought it'd be funny. to be honest one time a farted and it did stink really bad.

Bungie absolutely cares. Not about the cry babies but for the overall success of their game. Because of this they cater to the toddlers and their temper tantrums. Do they care about you as an individual. Probably not and they shouldn't. Are there things that some of us would like to be different, sure but they can't cater to every single request. It's just not feasible. They do listen to the masses. They do want us as customers to be satisfied because at the end of the day if they don't have a solid game that WE care about and can get behind they won't be successful. End of story. To think anything else is not logical. People complain about everything. Lately it's been pricing. Here's the kicker, YOU HAVE A CHOICE. They want as many to buy it as possible. You never had to. So yes they want to make content worth paying for. Otherwise destiny will have an extremely short lifespan. Expecting them to care about your individual wants is absurd. I expect my mom to care, maybe my girlfriend . All I expect from bungie is to make a game I feel is fun and worthy of my time. If they dont the choice is mine.

    • Obviously your a new player or you would remember that autos used to be the best guns. The reason they are waiting is to give hand cannons the same amount of time in the spotlight, and i think next pulse rifles will be the best (selling red death, the fact that pulses are good now)

      • I am of the opinion that Bungle do care, but Activision are telling them that caring costs too much.

My question to you is this: Do Bungie have to care, and if so, why?

        • I've come to realize Bungie doesn't care: they don't care about the PvE server issues, the PvP issues ranging from connections or cheaters (they protect cheaters on the forum with their no naming rule) and they don't care that this forum is full of spammers, trolls, and a guy posting porn all day.
