Warframe is pay-to-win, they're the last game to be talking about money hungry.

Pay-to-win-faster, not simply pay-to-win. Iv played that thing. Dont talk shit when you dont know.

It seems like every time there is a thread about Warframe, someone invariably makes this argument. Let me spell it out for you. Warframe is not pay-to-win. Buying your characters and weapons, as opposed to earning them in-game, does not give you an advantage over anyone else.

You get them much, much faster.

Edited by Musashi Orboro3: 6/27/2015 2:29:27 PMImplicit in all definitions of pay-to-win is that buying progress, rather than earning it, grants an advantage over players who do not buy their progress, and may be more skilled with the game. This suggests the presence of a tiered system, with lower level common items and equipment, alongside rare overpowered ones. While Warframe does have some items that are better than others, everything requires time and effort to power up. You simply cannot buy overpowered gear.

So trading the stuff you get while farming for stuff you want is a bad thing? You believe having to delete stuff and get pretty much nothing for it is better?

Pay-for-convenience then
