If you think the UK (and other countries) price should be the equivalent in pounds as it is in US dollars sign below. I'm sure most UK players would be happy with a price around £30. I paid £40 for the full game and now I'm having to pay £40 for The Taken King, which has much less content. Why?!
Hopefully we can get enough signatures and Bungie will then address the issue by reducing the UK price or explaining why we are being BLATANTLY ripped off in the UK and other non-US countries. Have they not heard of exchange rates?!
Please sign/bump if you agree.......
Please like the post too so it moves up in the trending section so we get more signatures....
Edit 1: Thanks to the US gamers signing too! Camaraderie at its best!

BUMP! Hoping this is all one big mistake, this should not go unawnsered.

1 ReplyBumping. Bungie better be onto this. Even though i blame activision, if bungie gives a shit about people that support there they shouldnt be happy with price hiking. Price hikes happen, when you ask countries to pay more for dlc than new released full game you have problems!

2 RepliesSigned Seriously how has this not got more signatures?

Signed, wtf is up with prices in Australia as well?!!!

I'm in the United States, but I agree that this business practice is so beyond atrocious. Bungie, have you no morals? Signed.

Here's a bump from an American. I think our DLC price is a little too high. Yours is just plain nuts.
-
Signed. I'm not paying £40

I won't be buying it, enough was enough with the House Of Wolves and it's sever lack of content, now I'm expected to pay 40 quid for another DLC that is cheaper in the US? The House Of Wolves was dead within 2-3 weeks and I can buy a whole new game for £40 or less.

1 ReplySigned. Yes, I will obviously still be buying it but that does not hide the fact that I am not pleased at having to pay over the odds for it... especially when other games DLC prices match US vs. EU.

1 ReplyWill sign as well. Im from australia, last i check it was nearly 70 dollars here. That is pure corporate greed. Can buy full brand new games for less than that. I only hope this changes the prices for us as well. What has gaming come to...im all for supporting devs/hard work. This is just activision all over, bungie need to help there fans here as well. And no its not entitlement, if bungie think this is okay charging insane amounts for dlc outside of the US they are idiots

6 RepliesEdited by WarpPigeon: 7/1/2015 12:44:46 PMSigned, its the same with the other DLC, over pricing is one thing. but even with slight differences in Tax does not explain why we are paying so much more when considering exchange rates. UK tax ~20% ? i think for digital goods. http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/resources/documents/taxation/vat/how_vat_works/rates/vat_rates_en.pdf US digital goods appears to be 8.41% "US products subject to California state and local sales tax of 8.41pc; no sales tax on digital goods in California" [source] http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/money-saving-tips/10982132/Why-are-electronic-goods-so-much-cheaper-in-the-US.html US $40 is £25.39, 8.41% tax , cost = £23.25 before TAX UK £40 , 20% tax cost = £32 before TAX for it to be "fair" the price of the DLC would be £29 with tax for uk. why are we paying 37.6% more money than others (before tax) that's a big % more for no foreseeable reason
