• Ah, yes - this is a known issue we are experiencing. This information will be made more reliable in a coming release, however I can't provide an ETA at this time unfortunately. For now, continue examining the contents of the manifest for changed filenames: that's the most reliable way at the moment to check, though not an ideal approach.

 •
Is the version string not reflecting changes?
On HoW release day I noticed that the mobileWorldContent filename changed without the version number incrementing. I'd been reloading the manifest json on my phone on the commute home eagerly awaiting new info and completely missed the manifest change until the next day.

 • Nope sadly it isn't. I recommend checking if the one of the mobileWorldContentPaths has been changed. That's what I'm doing for my DB updater.

 • I don't believe so. You can generally tell your data is out of date when some item icons start 404ing (as their urls look to be dynamically generated every time the data is updated). I was also in the position where the Skolas Arena was still displaying burn skulls for the last 2 weeks. My understanding was there was a database change with the recent hotfix and this doesn't appear to be reflected in the manifest version :/

 • That information is coming from an API endpoint and doesn't have much to do with the manifest file (besides using it to get names, icons, etc.)
