on the topic of forum censoring I will ad
From DeeJ on the Wish list post
Popular opinion matters! Topics that trend on this forum are more powerful than comments on this post.
what he said about form censoring
“As for deliberate forum censorship on the part of anyone at Bungie? I can guarantee that these things are not happening. The algorithms that sort forum topics do their own thing. The only time we influence that is when one of you is violating the code of conduct.”
see that there, contradiction, whenever something is trending that Bungie does not like it is considered a violation of the code of conduct.
My personal posts are I no way a violation of the code of conduct as they add solutions and/or ask legitimate questions.

and at the end of the new NEWS post he says
We take a good, hard look at the sandbox every day. Feedback helps, so keep those voices loud.
but how can we when you keep on removing Trending posts?
Be well Guardians (the players) and let your light (mind) guide your fate (money) against the Darkness (Bungie/Activision)

Up until this point, I was convinced the internet reaction to E3 was too fast, and Bungie would come out and release a priced down way of getting the vanity items for a reduced cost. After checking out that interview, I have come to two conclusions: 1) Luke Smith is a dumb, dumb person and should never, ever again speak on behalf of his company 2) This is a bad idea for Bungie and they should correct it immediately. Luring new gamers to buy your new game at a reduced price and with included items is fine. What is not fine is not giving players who do already own your game and paid premium prices some access to spend money without feeling like they are wasting a good portion of it on your game. Whatever, pretty much another crumb on Destiny's self made trail to destruction. Good luck with that new pricing structure, Bungie. :P
