I don't understand the warlock one, can you explain?
Also I think the hunter one sounds week, anyway to buff it?

Warlocks easily have the worst jump; a slow arcing glide which is good only for making them predictable targets while airborne. The exception is blink. In the lore it is said that Hunters learned Blink from Warlocks... I figured "what about an exotic which gives an extra charge of blink?" So while airborne and after triggering the jump skill (Glide or Blink) the Warlock exotic would give a charge of blink which could be used. A Blink warlock could use it to Blink 2x in a single jump, or a Glide warlock could use it to gain a sudden "air dash" type movement in order to get out of being bracketed while airborne. The hunter one does sound a bit weak... but if Blink Strike can outrange any other melee in the game it almost guarantees a victory in a straight up melee fight; get in close while getting the first shot off is huge. This has synergy with the perk which massively reduces the cooldown. Even more synergy with the perk which starts health regen with each melee kill. The Gunslinger part of it also synergizes with the perk which refreshes melee energy with a precision hit and the two throwing knives perk. Having a good chance to gain another throwing knife if you miss or fail to precision hit can win some fights especially if you can land a precision hit with the second toss.
