Bungie, I think an Exotic Bounty thay involves you waiting is flat out ridiculous. Every other bounty requires fun active events to do, whether it be nightfalls, crucible, or searching around on patrols for random items, but to sit here and wait for god knows how long is just so stupid. Been waiting 4 days on 1 character and just started another. Fearing I might die before old man variks gets a clue

Yea waiting on xur can be a pain but when you break it down many (if not most) exotic bounties require at least 1 step that requires a hugely time consuming step; breaking down rare or better quality weapons to obtain parts like in pocket infinity bounty with fusion rifles or in thorn quest where you must defeat 500 guardians in crucible with void damage and death slows progress ect...

It is annoying, but if you think about the other exotic bounties that require you to purchase something from xur then it is similar if you time it badly. I got an exotic bounty on a Sunday and had to buy something off xur in order to complete it. I had to wait a full 5 days to get it. I like the suspense. Variks is a bitch for keeping me hanging on, but I will go running when he calls.
