got 2 elder ciphers from skolas now with hearing of all the glitches im afraid if i turnn one in they both get used up

It will only allow you to turn in I e anyway. I've tried. I received multiple ciphers thinking I would recieve two weapons and that wasn't the case when I finished the bountys
